Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who books a lesson with Jamal AlQuran Islamic Academy. By enrolling, you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

Enrolment and Payment

• Fees are billed monthly in advance and the price is fixed for as long as you remain enrolled.
• We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, Wise and UK bank transfer.
• There is no joining fee, no contract and no minimum term.

Lessons and Conduct

• Lessons are delivered live on Zoom or Google Meet. You need a device, internet and a quiet space.
• Recording a lesson requires the prior consent of the teacher.
• We expect mutual respect between students and teachers. Abusive conduct ends enrolment.
• You may request a change of teacher at any time, for any reason, at no cost.

Course Materials

• Materials we provide are for the enrolled student's personal use and may not be resold.
• The free PDF guides on this site may be downloaded and shared freely for non-commercial use.

Certificates

• Certificates are issued for genuine completed milestones only and are never sold separately.
• We display a certificate publicly only with the written permission of the student or parent.

Changes to These Terms

• If we change these terms we will notify enrolled families by email before the change applies.
