Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling. This policy sets out when you can cancel, how refunds are handled, and what happens when a lesson is missed by either side.

Free Trial

• The trial lesson is completely free. No card details are requested and nothing is charged.
• You are under no obligation to continue after the trial.

Refunds

• If you cancel before any paid lesson has been taught, you receive a full refund.
• After lessons have started, we refund the unused portion of the month on request.
• Refunds are returned by the same payment method and usually clear within 7 working days.
• Lessons already taught are not refundable, but you may switch teacher free of charge instead.

Rescheduling and Missed Lessons

• Give us at least 12 hours' notice and the lesson is rescheduled at no cost.
• A lesson missed without notice is counted as taught.
• If a teacher misses a lesson, it is always made up or credited back to you in full.
• Holidays and family emergencies can be arranged in advance by message with no penalty.

How to Cancel

• Send one message on WhatsApp or one email. No forms, no phone calls, no retention process.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payment is taken.
