As we continue to grow and expand across the U.S., we are seeking experienced Sales Account Managers to join our team. This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by selling complete automated machine solutions with an average project size of $700K or more .

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing client organizations.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with our in-house engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive planning, consistent follow-up, and CRM tracking.
  • Travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings, solution presentations, and project discovery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in direct sales of custom-engineered solutions or capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies including robotics, automation, tooling, and production processes.
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and close complex deals.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales funnel development and conversion.
  • Established network of industry contacts and clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
