We're hiring on behalf of one of our longest-standing clients, who is growing their Processing team in Delray Beach. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of clerical experience who's ready to step into a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with a welcoming team, supportive leadership, and room for growth- both professionally and personally. Great opportunity for those looking to pivot into more of a corporate setting!

You'll work closely with other departments to review, verify, and finalize documents. You'll spend most of your day on the computer reviewing submissions, checking for accuracy, and preparing files for billing.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Delray Beach. Local candidates only, please.

What You'll Do:

• Review and process incoming documents for accuracy
• Verify key details and prepare finalized files for billing
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing
• Work in a fast-paced setting with a strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• 6+ months of recent clerical or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with computers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 35+ WPM typing speed
• Clear and professional communication skills

Helpful Skills:

• Comfortable handling numbers, calculations, and confidential information
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
