Job Description:

As the R&D Coordinator, I provided comprehensive administrative and operational support to the U.S.-based Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team, with a strong focus on organizational efficiency, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acted as the primary administrative point of contact for R&D, coordinating closely with Procurement to manage purchase orders, travel arrangements, and vendor engagements.
• Processed timecards and managed the expense reporting procedure, including first-pass reviews for compliance and accuracy.
• Oversaw the Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) process, ensuring timely version control and organized documentation.
• Maintained and tracked the SEM (Site Engagement Manager) calendar, including vacation schedules and critical project timelines.
• Provided ongoing support to the GCO team through scheduling, site meeting coordination, and logistical assistance for both in-person and virtual events.
• Assisted in the generation and management of purchase orders in alignment with procurement policies and U.S. regional needs.
• Supported cross-site engagement initiatives, acting as a liaison between site teams and leadership to ensure alignment on tasks and deliverables.
• Demonstrated a service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and a positive team environment.
