Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Design Producer to support multiple product design teams in creating exceptional website and user experience designs for various web tools and software interfaces. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Design Managers and other Producers to provide overall team and project leadership. This role involves working closely with the design team and cross-functional partners to define project requirements, clarify design goals, lead design reviews, and ensure the successful release of final products and features.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional relationships while representing the design team.



• Support the Human Interface (HI) team to create project plans, set key milestones, and track issues.



• Lead design brainstorms and workshops to foster creativity and innovation.



• Run meetings and design reviews, documenting key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.



• Track and report project health on a weekly basis, including communicating status and projected results.



• Drive planning in partnership with the Design Manager.



• Negotiate priorities for the design team given limited resources and aggressive schedules.



• Ensure timely handoff of design comps and specifications to engineering teams.



• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to maintain design integrity during implementation.



• Continuously improve processes and communications in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a producer or project manager in software design, with digital or creative agency experience preferred.



• Strong understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.



• Knowledge of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices.



• Proven ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements and define design goals and strategies.



• Ability to quickly grasp complexity, focus on key issues, and adapt to constant change.



• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive results while managing multiple projects and priorities.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



• A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Pay Range: $78 - $88

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
