More about the Role
We’re a boutique luxury travel company looking for a highly organized, resourceful Travel Project Manager to help us execute unforgettable trips for our clients. This role is in-house (not sales), supporting trips that are already booked or in the inquiry phase—handling everything from logistics to final itinerary QA and client touch points.
In this Role:
• Jump in post-sale to manage and execute client trips
• Support the design process by joining client calls & offering input
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, private guides & local suppliers
• Build and polish itineraries using Tern
• Track timelines, payments, preferences & key milestones
• Communicate clearly via HubSpot
• Be available for urgent travel issues after hours & weekends (as needed)
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience every time
You're a fit if you have:
✔️ Prior experience in trip planning (travel agency, concierge, tour ops, DMC, hotel, or cruise line)
✔️ Solid working knowledge of Tern + HubSpot (required)
✔️ Calm, capable energy — nothing slips through the cracks
✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔️ Familiarity with luxury-level expectations and client care
Role Details:
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Remote , U.S.-based preferred
• Flexible hours but must be responsive during core business hours
• After-hours availability for trip emergencies
• Weekly pay (weekly retainer)
• Pay range: $25–$30+/hr depending on experience
