We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our clients in-house security team at Broadway Tower. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all tenants, employees, and visitors. These individuals must demonstrate strong observational skills, exceptional customer service, and effective conflict management capabilities.
Duties (including but not limited to):
• Patrol and monitor assigned areas throughout the building and property.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or incidents.
• Enforce building rules and policies in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare and submit clear, concise incident and activity reports.
• Assist with visitor check-in and management protocols.
• Serve as a point of contact during emergencies and liaise with law enforcement if required.
• De-escalate conflicts or confrontations when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid security officer license (required).
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
