For this entry level position, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, customer engagement that leads to customer retention, team leadership skills, and overall understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply company sales strategies and techniques.
• Build relationships with customers and drive sales performance.
• Support daily store or territory operations.
• Lead by example to motivate sales team members.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Open to running their own team.
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
• Willingness to relocate or travel if required for training.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
