We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hennick's Home Center in Bandon. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in home improvement or tools, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, knowledgeable service
  
  
• Assist customers in locating products and offering guidance based on their needs
  
  
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  
  
• Restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and help keep displays organized
  
  
• Stay informed about product features and store promotions
  
  
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  
  
• Willingness to learn about hardware and home improvement products
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
