Role: QC Inspector

Location: Milpitas, CA - 950335/100% Onsite

Duration: 3 Months with possible extension

What You’ll Do:

• Review and audit batch records and lot history records.
• Verify line clearance, kitting of parts, and manufacturing steps per specifications.
• Analyze data from electronic systems before final lot release.
• Approve lot release prior to shipment to customers.
• Collaborate closely with operations and quality teams in a small, team-oriented environment.
• Follow PPE and cleanroom guidelines (no nail polish, closed-toe shoes, lab coat, no food inside work areas).

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industry experience required if only a high school diploma.
• 2–3+ years in quality control, manufacturing, or related regulated industry role.
• Medical device, diagnostic, or pharma strongly preferred.
• Regulated industry (medical device/diagnostic/pharma) experience.
• GMP knowledge and documentation auditing.
• Batch record review and lot release approval.
• Excel and SharePoint proficiency.
• Candidates with prior experience in a regulated environment (medical device, diagnostic, or pharma preferred).
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
• Experience with manual manufacturing or electronics assembly.
• Technical certifications or training related to quality control.
• Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience may be considered.
