We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in pharmaceutical and medical education clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, quick learner with strong organizational skills and an interest in interactive, mobile, and multimedia projects. Open to junior to mid-level candidates, with a willingness to provide training for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage digital projects, including interactive tools for events, mobile applications, and multimedia initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content tailored to the pharmaceutical and medical education sectors.
• Utilize Monday.com for project tracking and management.
• Work on Veeva platforms (prior experience is a bonus, but training will be provided).
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• 1–2 events per month

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, ideally within pharma, medical education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital tools, mobile platforms, and multimedia projects.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to unique interactive event solutions.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and/or Veeva (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Hybrid work availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
