Job Description

Optomi, in partnership with our enterprise client, is hiring a Product Designer to support one of the most high-visibility, high-impact areas of their omnichannel journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply user-centered design principles to craft simple, elegant, intuitive solutions aligned with both business and user goals.
  • Advocate for the customer voice throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Conduct remote user research to validate design concepts and inform UX decisions.
  • Create clear and effective flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, including documentation of animations and micro-interactions.
  • Collaborate with other designers to deliver cohesive and consistent experiences across our digital platforms.
  • Present your work confidently to cross-functional stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your design decisions.
  • Design with accessibility and responsiveness in mind, leveraging WCAG 2.0 standards and contributing to our internal design system.
  • Bring a mobile-first mindset, designing for responsiveness and native app behaviors while ensuring parity across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
  • A portfolio that showcases your design process and results across mobile and web projects
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), with experience using and contributing to design systems
  • Ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and solve problems using a data-informed and human-centered lens
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to stakeholders and customers
