Job Description

Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional light overtime) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a mission-driven team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that client orders are accurately received, documented, and delivered to the lab in a timely manner—supporting our commitment to analytical integrity and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming sample shipments to ensure proper labeling and documentation
Verify order details against pre-sales documentation and assess submission completeness in our CRM, HubSpot
Accurately enter order data into internal systems for tracking and processing
Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and phone to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates
Maintain organized records of all incoming orders to support lab operations
Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
Collaborate with lab personnel to ensure timely and accurate sample processing

Qualifications

High school diploma required; A.A or B.S. in biology or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office experience a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Interest in science or lab work is beneficial
