Description Calling All Entry Level Office Assistants! This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who have some office experience and are eager to grow their administrative skills in a fast-paced professional environment! + Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. + Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments. + Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. + Support team members with document preparation, data entry, and reporting as needed. + Help with office projects and special assignments, contributing to overall team efficiency Requirements + Bachelor's or associate degree or recent graduate in any field. + 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. + Personable, professional, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Excited to grow and develop administrative experience and take on new responsibilities over time.
