American Workforce Group is partnered with a well known restoration and mitigation company in  Puyallup, WA  looking   to hire an Office Assistant! 

If you're a motivated, qualified individual we want you!!

Description for Office Assistant: 

  • Answering phones, transferring, taking messages and front desk tasks
  • Creating job files
  • Ordering office supplies 
  • Assisting with collections 
  • General office duties
  • Utilizing Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and MIcrosoft Word

Details for Office Assistant:

  • Pay: $25/hour or more DOE
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Shift Hours: 7am-330pm

Requirements for Office Assistant:

  • Must have a construction background with insurance billing experience
  • Buildertrend software knowledge is preferred
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Word
