📌 Now Hiring: Part-Time Medical Records Technician (Onsite – Reston, VA)

📍 Location: Reston, VA | Schedule: 2 Days/Week (Tuesdays & Fridays preferred)

🗓️ Duration: August – November (3-Month Contract with possible extension)

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a part-time role with purpose? We’re looking for a Medical Records Technician to join our onsite team in Reston, VA to support a high-impact educational program.

This role involves handling confidential records (e.g., medical forms, eligibility documentation) - scanning, logging, and securely storing documents that support testing accommodations for students.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and log incoming mail and faxes
• Scan documents into a digital system and perform quality checks
• Safely file or dispose of physical records
• Support small internal projects related to document tracking and process improvement

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone local to Reston, VA and available for onsite work (Tuesdays are required)
• A person seeking part-time work by choice , ideally with prior experience in:
• Scanning/imaging
• Mailroom operations
• Medical or secure document handling
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable with tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
