Job Description

MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will establish internal processes to ensure the safe production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements. This is a Contract opportunity.

Shift Information:

• Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, OR 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience in production process and equipment

• Hands-on aptitude with equipment
• Background check and drug screening required

Essential Functions:

• Manage projects and continuous improvement efforts aligned with plant metrics
• Lead and drive qualifications as needed
• Ensure engineering designs and data meet customer CTQs and compliance standards
• Develop and improve technical work instructions and process documentation
• Implement and promote 5S methodology in assigned areas
• Provide technical support for NPI/Repair processes
• Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies
• Mentor peers in areas of expertise
• Develop new solutions in team settings or based on organizational precedents
• Communicate effectively across functional areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned
