Job Description:

This position supports logistics operations and general office management. The role involves coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing customer orders, and assisting with event planning, all within a tight-knit and communicative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track international and domestic customer orders
• Partner with carriers to arrange freight and shipping documentation
• Support customer inquiries and provide status updates
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and CRM systems
• Assist with event logistics, meetings, and travel coordination
• Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain office supplies
• Contribute to office process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Provide backup support to the Operations Office Manager

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of logistics coordination experience (non-dispatch)
• Background in a product-based or manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; SAP preferred
• Comfortable working in a small team and office setting
