Real Estate Finance Legal Assistant

📍 Charlotte, NC | 🕒 Full-Time, Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant to join a Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Provide high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys in the Real Estate Finance group
• Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents and correspondence with precision
• Manage document formatting, redlining, and version control using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and travel via Microsoft Outlook
• Assist with transaction closings, including preparation of closing binders and checklists
• Maintain organized and confidential client files (digital and physical)
• Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and external parties

• 3+ years of law firm experience (required)
• Transactional legal support experience (required); real estate finance experience (strongly preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in Outlook, with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and dedication to client service
