What You’ll Do:

• Lead field survey crews on a wide variety of residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
• Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, and as-built surveys.
• Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors with confidence and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership to ensure project success.
• Help mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief .
• Strong working knowledge of survey equipment and field procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.
