Job Description

1. Global Platform Expansion: Systematically identify and establish partnerships with leading and emerging vertical drama platforms worldwide, gaining deep insights into their content needs and partnership models.

2. Content Licensing Partnerships: Lead international distribution deals including secondary licensing and co-premieres, developing flexible cooperation models based on client needs.

3. End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire international licensing process—from business negotiations and contract execution to content delivery and rights management—ensuring efficient cross-departmental coordination.

4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships through professional service, driving customer satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor global vertical drama trends, analyze platform demands and user preferences, and provide data-driven insights to guide content production and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of international vertical drama platform operations with the ability to rapidly expand into key markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America, etc.).

2. Content Expertise: Strong content expertise in vertical drama ecosystems, including trending genres and evolving styles in global markets.

3. Negotiation: Proven ability to lead cross-border negotiations; international experience is a plus.

4. Professional Skills: Highly self-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

5. Background & Experience:

a. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

b. Preferred qualifications: Experience in international licensing and distribution (web novels/film & TV series), vertical drama industry background, or cross-border e-commerce.
