We’re looking for a skilled Forklift Driver for one of our clients in the food industry!

Job Title: ISC Driver (Forklift)

Worksite: 1330 Calle Avanzado, San Clemente, CA 92673

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Required OT and occasional Saturdays)

Duration: (154 Days / 22 Weeks)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour - $21.00

Shift Details: SC – 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Inventory) / 8:00 AM Start Time

Position Overview:

The ISC Driver (Forklift) is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and preparing products for shipment in a cold storage warehouse environment. This role requires operating a Raymond Reach Lift and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving / Put-Away:
• Unload inbound shipments safely
• Move products to storage locations
• Stack and store merchandise appropriately
• Ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free
• Report quality variances
• Pull and prepare products for shipment
• Ensure accurate quantities and product types are shipped
• Meet customer service standards
• Operate stand-up forklift (Raymond Reach Lift), rider pallet jack, or other powered equipment
• Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and loading
• Maintain equipment and work area in a neat, clean, and safe condition
• Follow prescribed work methods for safe and efficient operation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift and rider pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10°F – 40°F)
• Ability to stand/walk for 10–12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
• Experience with Raymond Reach Lift strongly preferred

Additional Information:

• Must be prepared to work in and out of the freezer
• Position is urgent – immediate start preferred
