Engineering Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers while driving innovation and efficiency across projects. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions, effective communication, and successful project execution. This individual will manage a team of 12+ Engineers across Applications Engineering and Product Engineering/Management skillsets and will need strong people skills and a proven track record coaching, mentoring and reviewing direct reports of engineering professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting direction and priorities.
• Oversee engineering change management and SAP implementation.
• Develop and maintain engineering plans, processes, and procedures.
• Provide tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support production processes.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for engineering projects.
• Ensure quality through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Management preferred. Other BS Degrees will be considered
• 6+ years of engineering experience, with leadership or management responsibility in 5+ years.
• SAP experience strongly preferred. Other similar systems can be considered.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver results.
