About Us

Perfect Wellness Group (PWG) is the premier provider of high-end wellness solutions, specializing in saunas, steam rooms, spa technologies, and wellness spaces across North America and the Caribbean. As we transition into a more structured and corporate operational model, we are looking for a Director of Operations to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and lay the foundation for scalable growth.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Director of Operations to bring structure to our growing company. This leader will be responsible for transitioning the operations team from a generalist model to specialized task teams (Estimation, Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Success), optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our software systems are tailored to the company’s needs. This role is ideal for a driven professional who wants to grow into a COO position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and restructure operations into specialized task teams (Estimation, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Success).
  • Implement clear workflows, responsibilities, and performance metrics for each team.
  • Drive accountability and efficiency across departments.
  • Lead the customization of internal software (ERP, CRM) to support the team’s evolving needs.
  • Work with IT and vendors to streamline digital workflows and automate processes.
  • Ensure systems are optimized for logistics, inventory, and order management.
  • Optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics to improve efficiency.
  • Develop processes for better vendor management and cost control.
  • Improve project tracking and order fulfillment timelines.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align operations with company goals.
  • Drive operational readiness for continued growth and market expansion.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6+ years in operations, supply chain, or business process management within a structured company. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or luxury industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record of restructuring teams and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM customization and process automation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft B usiness central/Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Growth mindset and ambition to transition into a COO role in the future.
