Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital platforms and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website performance, content strategy, and user experience optimization.
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute digital merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management, SEO, PPC, and online merchandising.
  • Experience in the retail industry
  • Proficiency with digital tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with excellent communication and organizational skills.
