Job Description

The HT Group has partnered with a facility in Orange, Texas. In search of a CSU Administrative Coordinator. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of administrative experience, one who takes initiative, is dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position estimated to last 9 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure progress on macro plan activities is being updated
  • Collect CSU 4-box reports and data charts from assigned owner – Collate and distribute the reports as a pre-read for the OA/CSU progress update meetings
  • Work with CSU coordinators and project controls team to compile CSU budget updates
  • Collaborate with the CSU Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to develop the CSU Budget 4-box report
  • Serve as the single point of contact for CSU workspace issues
  • Book and maintain workspace for meetings – Capturing actions and decision from meetings
  • Administrative support and oversight of CSU Teams and SharePoint – provide orientation to new CSU team members
  • Admin support for CSU visitors – coordinate site access, badging, parking passes, orientations, etc – direct/escort to correct location on site
  • Focal point for coordinating administrative aspect of mobilizing and demobilizing CSU Licensor Reps, CSU Vendor Reps and CSU Service Contractors
  • Focal point for administrative / business correspondence (Timesheets, etc.)
  • Order work lunches
  • Arrange travel arrangements
  • Monitor and direct incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail for pickup
  • Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed
  • Demonstrate the company values of safety, respect, integrity, and drive to excellence – Ensure all CSU Administrative resources are living the values
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs – testing required
  • Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong organizational/communicational skills
