Web Developer
Tucson, AZ | Full-Time | Hybrid Potential
Good JuJu Agency is looking for a Web Developer who can bring websites to life—starting with great templates and themes, and enhancing them with custom code and design intuition. You'll work across industries to build beautiful, responsive sites that perform well and feel intuitive on every screen.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with WordPress, Elementor (or similar builders), and the front-end trifecta: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You'll also support light digital marketing efforts—like building emails, tweaking landing pages, or creating simple graphics that align with client brand standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both the structure of a site and the story it tells—and wants to collaborate closely with a creative team to make every build polished and purposeful.
What You’ll Do:
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress sites using page builders and custom code
• Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate mockups into functional layouts
• Support WooCommerce or Shopify builds when needed
• Help with email templates and campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Create lightweight design assets (banners, email visuals, etc.) using Canva or Adobe tools
• Troubleshoot bugs, QA test across browsers/devices, and maintain performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years experience in web development (WordPress + front-end coding)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
• Comfortable using tools like Elementor, Canva, Figma, and Mailchimp
• Bonus points for experience with eComm platforms, SEO basics, or analytics setup
Why Good JuJu?
We’re a fast-moving creative agency with a small team, great clients, and no big-agency ego. You’ll have room to grow, space to build, and support to do your best work.
If you’re a dev who cares about design, UX, and clean code—we’d love to meet you. Apply now and help us build some Good JuJu.
