We’re working with a nationally expanding, entrepreneurial law firm that’s hiring a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its dynamic transactional group in its Orange County office. • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member (in good standing) of the California Bar
• 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A, VC, private equity, fund formation, etc.)
• Ability to manage deal flow and communicate confidently with clients
