Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level)

Location: Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid

A growing asset management firm is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to enter the world of compliance and gain hands-on experience in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts/entertainment in the compliance system
• Identify and escalate potential compliance issues
• Assist with audits, compliance testing, and data analysis
• Maintain accurate records and support the development of policies and procedures
• Stay current on regulatory developments and support internal training efforts

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with investment adviser regulations is a plus
