The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of high-priority initiatives, optimizing internal operations, and supporting effective decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives from planning to execution
  • Support the CEO with day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and follow-through
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure effective implementation of company goals
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Monitor progress on company-wide initiatives and provide regular updates to the leadership team
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage special projects as assigned, often requiring quick turnarounds and high visibility
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and support the CEO in legal and compliance-related topics

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, managing projects, or working in strategic operations
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
