Job Description

Location: Eagan, MN Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday (5x/week) Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chemical solutions and reagents following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments under supervision
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including pH meters, spectrophotometers, and balances
• Accurately record and analyze data in lab notebooks and digital systems
• Assist with quality control testing to ensure product compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment in accordance with safety protocols
• Document procedures, results, and observations clearly and consistently
• Collaborate with chemists and senior technicians to support ongoing research and production efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
• Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry

Work Environment

• Onsite role in a laboratory setting
• Standard work hours: Monday through Friday
• May involve handling chemicals and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
