We are seeking a highly qualified Capital Markets mid-level associate to senior-level/counsel to work out of our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office.
The candidate will have 3 - 12 years (classes 2013 - 2022) of capital markets experience, including IPOs, debt-equity offerings, at-the-market (ATM) offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), SEC compliance and disclosures, corporate governance compliance, and general ‘34 Act reporting. Candidates with experience dealing with financial, energy, technology, and/or life sciences sectors are a plus.
Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. New York State Bar is required.
All candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
