Official Title: Business Development & Sales Closer

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Location: In-the-field powerhouse. (This ain’t remote. This ain’t digital-only. This is real-world hustle. )

Your Mission: Own the Field. Build the Base. Drive the Growth.

• 🎯 Crush New Member Growth. You’ll be the face and force behind new memberships — converting cold leads, warm handshakes, and casual chats into loyal F3 fans.
• 🤝 Close New SEG Partnerships. You’ll embed us into the DNA of businesses, one workplace at a time — unlocking groups of new members through Select Employer Group (SEG) relationships.
• 🚀 Dominate Events & Outreach. From benefit fairs and lunch & learns to community tabling and site visits, you’ll own every room you walk into.
• 📈 Be Everywhere. Use Everything. Cold calls, warm intros, email follow-ups, LinkedIn hustle, coffee meetups, video pitches, site tours, live demos — whatever it takes.
• 🔍 Track Relentlessly. Deliver Results. We don’t micromanage. But we do measure. You’ll document every interaction and celebrate every win — big or small.

What You've Done (or Can Prove You Can Do):

• Closed high-value deals in sales, business development, B2B partnerships, or community outreach.
• Owned a pipeline and built one from scratch — no marketing drip campaigns needed.
• Represented a brand in public and made people want in.
• Delivered results consistently and held yourself to high standards (with receipts to prove it).

You’ve Got:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree preferred — but raw drive, proven results, and hustle trump everything.
• 💼 Experience in financial services, community outreach, B2B sales, or partnerships.
• 📊 Familiarity with CRMs, reporting, and sales tracking — because what gets measured, gets closed.

Physical & Field-Ready Requirements:

• Able to attend in-person events across Santa Clara County and surrounding areas.
• Capable of setting up and tearing down tabling gear (banners, promo materials, etc.).
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
