Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a large client in the environmental and recycling industry. This temporary 1–3 month opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional fluent in both English and Spanish. The role supports front office, HR, and operations teams while managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, applicants, and clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer and professionally direct phone calls and emails.
  • Assist job applicants with completing online applications in English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping support.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and restock kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen area, including daily coffee preparation.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Utilize MS Teams to communicate and assist staff efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Basic bookkeeping or data entry experience is a plus.
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
