Job Description

Frame Group, LLC is a specialized consulting firm that helps public sector clients recover from disasters and rebuild stronger. We work across the U.S. with school districts, cities, and other agencies to navigate complex insurance and FEMA processes. Our team includes former management consultants, forensic accountants, engineers, and building experts, all focused on delivering results that stand up to audit and scrutiny.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant to join our data and analytics team. This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, contribute to high-impact projects, and build a foundation in consulting, data strategy, and public sector infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support disaster recovery projects by analyzing large, complex data sets

• Assist with asset reviews, documentation, and data organization

• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, visuals, and cost summaries

• Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to drive decision-making

• Ensure data integrity through quality control checks and process improvements

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to solve real-world challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-focused or analytical field (e.g., data science, economics, engineering, business analytics)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, or VBA is a plus but not required

• Attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in public sector consulting and working in a mission-driven environment
