Position Title: Preconstruction Project Coordinator

Location: Davie, FL (100% On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

As a Preconstruction Project Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in supporting the preconstruction and estimating team to ensure the success of major commercial projects. From coordinating bid packages and managing RFIs to maintaining timelines and preparing client-facing materials, your work will directly impact the smooth planning and execution of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing and tracking project documents (RFIs, drawings, bid packages, etc.)
• Coordinate bid solicitations and follow up with subcontractors
• Maintain bid calendars, project timelines, and preconstruction logs
• Prepare qualification packages, proposals, and presentation materials
• Support value engineering efforts by gathering data and subcontractor input
• Schedule meetings, take notes, manage action items and follow-ups
• Ensure a seamless handoff from preconstruction to the project management team

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, estimating, or project support (preferably in ground-up commercial projects)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience supporting estimators or preconstruction teams in a GC environment
• Exposure to $50MM+ ground-up commercial projects
