Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Input invoices, payments, and journal entries into accounting software.
• Process AP and AR transactions, including vendor payments and customer billing.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting team.
• Provide support during audits and assist with payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator quickly and accurately.
• Strong math and data entry skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
