Position Summary:

Launch your leadership career with our 12-Month Leader in Training (LIT) Program, designed specifically for recent graduates and emerging professionals. This hands-on, structured experience combines real-world retail operations with guided mentorship and leadership development. You'll rotate through key areas of the business, build essential management skills, and grow into a future store leader. If you're passionate about people, problem-solving, and personal growth, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, from stock management to team leadership.
  • Provide best-in-class customer experiences and support sales objectives.
  • Participate in developmental workshops, leadership coaching, and on-the-job training.
  • Rotate through various departments or locations to gain broader business exposure.
  • Receive ongoing feedback and evaluations to track performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning and staff engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduation (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential
  • A passion for hospitality and service with a strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to lead and inspire others.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and highly adaptable to the changing needs of the business
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and as guest needs dictate (46 hours per week- 6 hours will be dedicated to training)
  • Must be willing to relocate nationwide to pursue career advancement in store leadership roles. Candidates will be placed into a training location based on business needs, and upon successful completion of the program, final placement will also be determined by business needs and readiness.

Program Completion Outcome:

Upon successful completion, you will be considered for placement as an Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader based on performance, availability, submission of the final project, and a panel interview with the executive team.
